Super sweet, red 1980’s sailor style blouse. Collar is also removeable so you can wear it with everything if you wish! Even has little anchor buttons on the shoulders. Back hem is shirred for a comfortable fit. Feels like a cotton blend- very lightweight.
Would fit up to a size 10-12 best.
