The cutest little dolly style mini dress with peter pan collar. Vintage buttons have been added to complete the look.
Appears to be handmade and possibly for a teen- the arms are on the smaller side with tight fitting sleeves. This would perhaps be a better fit on a petite frame with a smaller bust…
Heavyweight ribbed polyester fabric.
